Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026.

This policy explains how NeuroAIQ collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you visit neuroaiq.com.au, contact us or use the DRIVE™ Scorecard. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Who we are

This website is operated by NEURO AIQ PTY LTD (ABN 77 694 055 993), an Australian business that advises organisations on AI adoption. In this policy, “NeuroAIQ”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean NEURO AIQ PTY LTD. Our website is neuroaiq.com.au.

2. What we collect

We only collect personal information that we need for our business, and we collect it directly from you wherever we can.

When you contact us

Our contact form is provided by HubSpot. When you submit it, we collect your first and last name, work email address, phone number, organisation, the nature of your enquiry and any message you choose to include.

When you use the DRIVE™ Scorecard

The DRIVE™ Scorecard collects your name, role, email address, organisation details and your answers. How we handle that information is explained in full in the DRIVE™ Scorecard Privacy Notice.

When you visit our website

Like most websites, ours records technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site and the time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

Information we don’t ask for

We don’t ask for sensitive information, such as health details, through our website. Please don’t include sensitive information, or information about other people, in your messages to us.

You can contact us without giving your name, but if you don’t, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call or meeting
  • provide and manage our services
  • send you insights, event invitations and information about our services, where you have agreed to hear from us or the law otherwise allows it
  • understand how our website is used, and improve it
  • measure the effectiveness of our advertising, where you have consented
  • keep our website and systems secure, and meet our legal obligations.

Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use the following tools on our website.

Analytics

These help us understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people move between them. They run when you visit the site.

  • HubSpot tracking code: website analytics and records of form submissions.
  • Google Analytics 4: website usage statistics.
  • Microsoft Clarity: aggregated information about how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling.

Advertising

These help us measure the results of our advertising. They are only switched on after you click “Accept” on the consent bar.

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag: measures the results of LinkedIn advertising.
  • Google Ads: measures the results of Google advertising.

If you click “Decline”, advertising tools stay off. To change your choice later, clear the cookies and site data for neuroaiq.com.au in your browser and the consent bar will appear again. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the website may then not work as intended.

The DRIVE™ Scorecard itself does not use cookies; see the DRIVE™ Scorecard Privacy Notice.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only for that purpose. They include:

  • HubSpot: contact forms, customer relationship management and website analytics
  • Google: website analytics and advertising measurement
  • Microsoft: information storage (Microsoft 365), consultation booking and website analytics (Clarity)
  • LinkedIn: advertising measurement
  • Hostinger: website hosting.

We may also disclose personal information if you ask us to, or if the law requires or allows it.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of the providers listed above store or process information outside Australia. For example, our website is hosted on servers in Malaysia, with backups in Singapore, and HubSpot, Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn may store or process data in other countries, including the United States.

Before using an overseas service, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Security and retention

We protect personal information with measures that include access controls, multi-factor authentication on our accounts, encrypted (HTTPS) connections and regular review of the services we use. No online service can be completely secure, but we act promptly on any security concern.

If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and, where the law requires, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy or to meet legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we securely delete or de-identify it.

8. Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy of it, or correct information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. These requests are free. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 30 days. If we can’t do what you ask, we will explain why in writing.

9. Questions and complaints

If you have a question about this policy, want to make a request, or are concerned about how we have handled your information, please get in touch through our contact page or email info@neuroaiq.com.au.

We will acknowledge your concern within 7 days and respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
