DRIVE™ Scorecard Privacy Notice

NEURO AIQ PTY LTD (ABN 77 694 055 993)

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. About this notice

This notice explains how NeuroAIQ collects, uses, stores and protects the information you share through the DRIVE™ Scorecard, and how you can contact us about it.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

The Scorecard is intended for adults completing it on behalf of an organisation. It is not designed for people under 18.

2. About the Scorecard

The DRIVE™ Scorecard is a free self-assessment that helps organisations understand their AI readiness, adoption and business value.

It is also a way for organisations to get to know NeuroAIQ and the support we offer. This notice explains how your information is used for both.

3. Information we collect

When you complete the Scorecard, we collect:

Our website also records technical information when you visit or submit the Scorecard, such as your IP address, browser type, submission time and security logs.

The Scorecard does not ask for financial records, employee names, confidential documents or sensitive information such as health details. Please don't include information about other people when you contact us about your results.

4. Why we ask for your details

Your details allow us to prepare results specific to your organisation. Your name, role, email address, organisation name, employee count and answers are needed to complete the Scorecard. Because the results are specific to your organisation, the Scorecard can't be completed anonymously.

Whether you hear from us afterwards is your choice (see Section 10).

5. How we use your information

We use your information to:

We also analyse Scorecard responses to understand broader patterns in AI adoption. Any findings we publish or share use combined or de-identified information only. We do not publish an organisation's name or identifiable results without its permission.

We do not use your identifiable responses to train AI models.

6. How your results are produced

Your results are generated automatically from fixed scoring rules and pre-written report content. No one at NeuroAIQ reviews or adjusts your results before you see them.

The results reflect your own answers. They are not an audit or independent verification of your organisation.

The Scorecard does not make decisions about you personally, such as decisions about employment, credit or access to services.

7. Accessing your results

Your results appear on screen as soon as you submit, and you can download them as a PDF. We don't send your report by email.

Once you download the report, you control that copy. We suggest storing and sharing it in line with your organisation's own information-security practices.

8. Where your information is processed and stored

Our website is hosted by Hostinger on servers in Malaysia. When you submit the Scorecard, your details and answers are received and processed on that server, and may be held there, including in routine server backups.

Routine backups of that server are stored in Singapore.

Your submission is then stored in NeuroAIQ's Microsoft 365 environment in Australia.

Our technology providers may access information from other countries when providing technical support or maintenance. They do so under their own contractual, privacy and security commitments.

Before using any overseas service, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

9. Who can access your information

Access is limited to authorised NeuroAIQ personnel and the service providers who operate the Scorecard for us:

We do not sell personal information. We do not give identifiable responses or reports to other organisations for their own marketing.

We will only disclose your information in other circumstances if you ask us to, or if the law requires or allows it.

10. Staying in touch

If you request a consultation or send us an enquiry, we will contact you about that request.

You can also choose to hear from NeuroAIQ by ticking the optional box on the form. If you do, we may get in touch to talk through your results and how NeuroAIQ could support your organisation, and send you occasional insights and event invitations. The box is unticked by default, and your choice does not affect your access to the Scorecard or your results.

Every marketing email we send includes an easy way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We action unsubscribe requests within five business days.

11. How we protect your information

We protect information with measures including access controls, multi-factor authentication on our accounts, encrypted (HTTPS) connections and regular review of the services we use.

No online service can be completely secure, but we act promptly on any security concern.

12. If a data breach occurs

If a security incident affects your personal information, we will act quickly to contain it and assess the risk.

If the incident is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you what happened, what information was involved and what you can do. Where the law requires, we will also notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

13. How long we keep information

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this notice or to meet applicable legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we securely delete it or de-identify it.

If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email address and the date you opted out, solely to make sure we don't contact you again.

14. Accessing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask us to:

These requests are free. We will respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. If we can't do what you ask, for example because the law requires us to keep a record, we will explain why in writing.

When we delete your information, copies held in routine server backups are removed automatically on a regular schedule. Backup copies are not used for ordinary business activities.

15. Cookies and website technologies

The Scorecard does not use cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on the Scorecard.

If you choose to book a consultation, Microsoft's booking service is subject to Microsoft's own privacy and cookie practices.

16. Participants outside Australia

The Scorecard is designed for organisations in Australia, but people in other countries can use it. If you are outside Australia, the privacy laws of your country may give you additional rights. Contact us and we will respond in line with the laws that apply.

17. Questions and concerns

If you have a question or concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us:

We will acknowledge your concern within 7 days and respond within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.

18. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If a change significantly affects how we handle your information, we will make that clear on the Scorecard before you submit.
